By accessing or using Manna Plag, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Manna Analytics Private Limited.

Manna Plag provides plagiarism and AI content detection services for academic manuscripts. The service compares submitted documents against a corpus of published literature and generates similarity reports.

We do not guarantee that our service will detect all instances of plagiarism or AI-generated content. Reports are intended as an aid to human judgement, not a definitive determination.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You may use Manna Plag only for lawful purposes. You must not submit documents containing illegal content, attempt to reverse-engineer our systems, or misrepresent the results of reports.

Manna Plag and its underlying technology are the intellectual property of Manna Analytics Private Limited. You retain ownership of documents you submit. By submitting a document, you grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of generating your report.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as set out in our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manna Analytics Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Manna Plag. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu, India.
