Manna Plag is a fully digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. All products and services offered by Manna Analytics Private Limited through mannaplag.com are delivered electronically. There is no physical shipping involved in any purchase.

Upon successful payment, access to your plan is activated immediately. You will receive a confirmation email at the email address associated with your account.

Similarity reports are delivered electronically within the platform, typically within minutes of submission. For large documents or during peak usage, processing may take up to 30 minutes.

Your subscription is accessible through your Manna Plag account at mannaplag.com immediately after payment confirmation. No download or installation is required.

Enterprise API credentials are issued electronically within 1 business day of contract execution. Credentials are sent to the registered email address of the account administrator.

Invoices for all purchases are delivered electronically to the registered email address. Institutional customers may also access invoices from their admin dashboard.
